Hello, I'm Kim Sook-hee, a teacher at a public high school in Korea.
I am also a Korean star poetry reciter as the winner of multiple crowns who won the most championships in the national recital competition.
In order to make a video of the poetry recital, I tried to upload it to YouTube using two BGMs each.
But it wasn't uploaded at all from the beginning.The reason for this is that music copyright control has limited the use of BGM worldwide.

I was moved by these two songs, and I think they go well with my recited voice and deep lyricism of the poem.

If I insert each of these music into my poetry video,I'm sure it'll be a great video.
I practiced poetry reading for six months to make this video, and I stayed alone every day after work and practiced poetry reading at school until 10 p.m.
After that, I searched for music for 2 months late at night after work again to find music suitable for this recitation.

I was desperately waiting for the day to release a wonderful poetry video to the world.Unexpectedly, I couldn't use BGM, so I ran into a lot of difficulties and hurt my feelings.

One poem is about autumn and the other is about winter.I desperately want to present my poetry reading video to the world in the middle of autumn.
I don't want to make money through this work, but I just want to spread my artistic recitation to the world and spread the world of touching and poetry reading.
Autumn is passing and time is running out.
I want to know how I can use this music as a BGM for my recitation and get permission to post it on YouTube.

What is the licensing procedure for using this music?
How and where should I contact to use the music?
I'm not sure if I should contact the music company manager or the composer directly.
When I talked to Universal Music in Korea, I could not hear any more detailed answers except for a simple answer that two music pieces were restricted by an American music company.

I want to express my frustration.
I want to make an excellent video of poetry recitation and let the world know my recitation and music at the same time.
